Terms & Conditions
By choosing Purr Paradise Pty Ltd for your cat’s stay, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Kittens must be at least 4 months old.
- All cats and kittens must be fully vaccinated and have had the F3 vaccination within the past 12 months. Proof of vaccination must be presented upon admission.
- All cats and kittens must be de-sexed.
- All pets admitted to Purr Paradise must be free from all diseases and illnesses. Owners must provide Purr Paradise with any known or suspected medical conditions at the time of admission, including existing medications. All medications must be provided upon check-in. Purr Paradise reserves the right to refuse admission based on the pet’s health condition.
- We will make every effort to administer any medication provided by the owner according to the prescribed schedule. However, Purr Paradise accepts no liability for any issues related to the administration or non-administration of medication.
- Flea and worm treatment is strongly recommended before arrival. If fleas or worms are found, Purr Paradise may treat the pet at the owner’s expense. Any loss or damage incurred by Purr Paradise due to undisclosed medical conditions or treatments will be borne by the owner, including third-party claims from other pets.
- The owner agrees to pay all costs for special services requested or deemed necessary by Purr Paradise during the stay, including but not limited to vet fees, medical costs, travel fees, and labour costs.
- Purr Paradise may retain the services of a registered veterinarian for any pet requiring treatment. In the event of a serious illness where the owner cannot be contacted, the veterinarian’s decision regarding treatment will be final. All associated veterinary, transport, and additional charges will be passed to the owner, who agrees to compensate Purr Paradise.
- If the owner provides their own food, Purr Paradise will follow the owner’s instructions but will not be responsible for the quality or quantity of the food provided. Purr Paradise will not feed any kind of fresh meat that requires refrigeration. Purr Paradise will not buy wet food on owners’ behalf.
- Purr Paradise reserves the right to refuse admission of any pet at its sole discretion. Purr Paradise also reserves the right to request the owner pick up their pet without notice if it is deemed no longer appropriate for the pet to remain on the premises.
- Purr Paradise will not be held responsible for sickness, injury, death, damages, or losses of any pet staying at Purr Paradise, including those caused by acts or omissions of Purr Paradise or its employees.
- The owner will be held responsible for any damage caused to Purr Paradise’s premises or property by the pet or the owner.
- If a pet is not picked up after the agreed checkout date, the standard boarding rate will apply for each additional night.
- If a pet’s stay is shortened during peak periods, the full booking amount will still be payable.
- Full payment of all fees for the entire booking duration is required before check-in.
- If a pet is not picked up within 14 days after the checkout date and no communication has been made by the owner, the pet will be considered abandoned. Purr Paradise reserves the right to rehome the pet or surrender it to a pound.
- The owner acknowledges and accepts that their pet may be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes unless the owner explicitly advises otherwise.
- A customer card surcharge will be applied to each payment.
Cancellation Policy
- 50% of the full booking amount will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 7 days (or within 14 days during peak periods) of the check-in date.
- 100% of the full booking amount will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 36 hours (or within 7 days during peak periods) of the check-in date.
- Credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund.
By boarding your pet at Purr Paradise Pty Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
